pet grooming in Banjara Hills and boarding tips
30 October 2026
Hi, I'm Dr. Mahesh from ADORABLES. Every holiday season, many of you on Road No. 12, in MLA Colony and around Jubilee Hills message us the same thing: "We're travelling soon. Can we get a bath done and leave our baby with you?" We'd love to help. Here's what I tell every pet parent so the whole visit feels easy for you and calm for your pet.

Tell us about your pet first
Before every grooming session we check your pet's coat and skin, and we choose a shampoo to suit them. Sensitive skin, heavy shedding and long coats all get extra care. You know your pet best, so please tell us about any itching, sore spots, medicines or nerves around handling. A groom can't diagnose an illness, though. If something keeps bothering your pet, let's look at it properly in a consultation.
Pick the right service and know the total
We offer dry baths for puppies and kittens, cat baths, dog baths by size and hair trims by weight. Bathing and trimming are priced separately, so a trim doesn't include a bath. Our grooming page shows the confirmed prices. Ask us which weight group fits your pet and what the final total will be, so there are no surprises. Being open about costs is a promise we made when we started.
Book early, especially before a trip
We take only six grooming slots a day, because we'd rather do each one properly than rush. Send us your pet's name, age, weight and preferred time on WhatsApp at +91 93815 63739. If a trip or boarding stay comes after the groom, mention it so we can plan the timing together. Your message is a request until our team replies to confirm the slot.
Check whether boarding suits your pet
Our cage-free boarding is for healthy dogs and cats above six months who are free of infections, injuries, ticks and fleas. I personally approve every stay, so please tell us early about any recent illness, medicines, behaviour or feeding worries. That way we can plan together and nobody is disappointed at the door.
What to pack for the stay
Bring vaccination records: Tricat and ARV for cats, and 9-in-1, ARV and kennel cough for dogs. Deworming and tick and flea prevention should be up to date. If you're unsure, send us the records and we'll review them; please don't change a schedule on your own. Pack labelled food with portions and timings, any medicines in their original packaging, a short note on your pet's routine and a contact number we can reach. Ask us which familiar toys or blankets can come along.
Confirm dates, cost and drop-off
Drop-off and pickup are between 9 AM and 8 PM, and we're open every day. We don't list boarding rates online yet, so ask us for the rate for your exact dates and what's included. Please confirm availability with us before you head over. You'll find us at 8-2-257/A, Road No. 12, next to Omega Hospitals, near Lotus Pond Road, MLA Colony, Banjara Hills.
Welcome them home gently
At pickup, ask us how your pet ate, slept and played. At home, give them a quiet, familiar spot and keep an eye on appetite, toilet habits, movement and skin. If something doesn't settle within a day or two, or seems to get worse, message us. Don't assume it's normal after grooming or boarding.
This is friendly preparation advice, not a diagnosis. If your pet has trouble breathing, collapses, has a seizure, is badly injured or may have been poisoned, get immediate veterinary care. Please don't wait for a WhatsApp reply.
