health and vaccination rules for pet boarding

Boarding is available only for healthy dogs and cats over six months of age and is subject to the clinic doctor's approval. Pets with infections, injuries, ticks, fleas or another medical condition are not eligible under the published rules.

Records required before drop-off

Bring the current vaccination record and ensure deworming and tick or flea prevention are up to date. Cats require Tricat and ARV. Dogs require 9-in-1, ARV and kennel cough vaccination.

Pickup and drop-off are strictly between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Contact the team before booking so records and individual health needs can be reviewed.
